Accountant

ABOUT US:

  • Oversee, complete checks and correct issues in our automated AP system
  • Assist to create and communicate the company’s budget, and track / report against actuals
  • Advise of correct account allocation for specific transactions
  • Assist with auditing & analysing job costs reports and verifying accuracy, providing feedback and training to our teams
  • Assist in preparation of monthly IAS and Quarterly BAS
  • Assist with preparing and reporting monthly financial statements and cashflow forecasts
  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register and depreciation table
  • Complete your CPA Qualification paid by Akura

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Completed a Bachelor of Accounting
  • Knowledge for current accounting practices
  • Experience with creating financial statements and reports
  • Experience in general ledger and month-end/year-end closing
  • Strong excel skills

Project Manager (Industrial Construction) Bathurst and Sydney

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe Turnkey construction work across multiple Sydney sites
  • Understanding construction methodology for the entire project from start to finish
  • Problem Solving, planning and coordination
  • Industrial background preferred

  • Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills

Site Manager(Industrial Construction) Bathurst and Sydney

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe construction work across multiple sites around the Central West
  • Managing sub-contractors for all trade disciplines including precast concrete, and structural steel trades
  • Understanding construction methodology for entire projects from start to finish
  • Reading drawings
  • Industrial background required

  • Carpentry background preferred
  • Must have experience in large scale industrial construction site management
  • Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workflows across the construction team
  • Good attention to detail and ability to think outside the square to achieve creative solutions
