ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a Production worker to join our friendly and driven team.
As a member of Akura’s Production team, you believe in good communication, teamwork and quality workmanship. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic is admired by your peers and only motivates those around you to have the same approach.
You will have experience working with timber and steel along with using power and hand tools. Your ability to read production drawings is integral to successful outcomes and you appreciate the importance of technical understanding.
Working in a team of positive and collaborative people is important to you as is ongoing training and opportunities to grow your skills.
On the job skills relate to placing and finishing concrete, formwork and tying steel mesh which fit in perfectly with your past experience, along with the operation of overhead gantry cranes.
You believe in working safely as rule number one in the production environment, and you are fully compliant with safe working methods.
