We are a family-owned company with strong family values, a progressive culture and a healthy pipeline of work.  We are seeking a reliable, motivated and driven Site Manager to join our innovative and friendly team.

About the Role

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe construction work across multiple sites around the Central West
  • Managing sub-contractors for all trade disciplines including precast concrete, and structural steel trades
  • Understanding industrial construction methodology for entire projects from start to finish
  • Reading drawings, attention to detail and accuracy

About You

  • Willing to learn industrial construction methodologies
  • Trade background essential
  • Proven experience in construction site supervision
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and planning skills
  • Self-driven, always takes the initiative to minimise wastage and improve effectiveness
  • Takes pride in always presenting a neat & tidy site
  • Attention to detail and able to think outside the square to achieve creative solutions on the run
  • Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
