Project Consultant (Turnkey)

The role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic professional to join our high-performing team at our vibrant Rhodes office, with regular travel as part of the role.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be a key representative of Akura, consulting with clients the Akura Way to drive successful Turnkey project outcomes. Working closely with Owner Occupiers, Developers, Fund Managers and other key stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the business within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Secure projects in line with Akura’s sales and revenue targets by actively managing opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Estimating and Delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and seamless project handovers. Consistently follow Akura’s Sales Process.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by applying Akura’s Consultative Selling and Sales Process principles.
- Liaise with the Business Development Manager to convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proactively manage various external relationships to maintain Akura’s high standard of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team and Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute weekly strategies.
- Manage projects and customer interactions in HubSpot with accurate, timely updates.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, tender/BID management, and project handovers.
- Forecast a pipeline of projects to align with overall company goals.
- Provide market insights to the Marketing and Sales teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with estimators to support accurate proposals and assess tender documentation for risks and scope.
- Ensure a smooth handover of successful deals to the project Delivery team.
- Uphold professional standards, communicate effectively, and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
About you

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and focused on delivering value through a consultative, client-centric approach.
