Senior Project Manager

The role
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll take on a key role in delivering several multimillion-dollar industrial projects across Regional and Sydney areas, with even more exciting ventures in the pipeline! Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality projects, managing resources, timelines, and client relationships. Based in our Sydney office, you will oversee the execution of large-scale developments, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Outline project scope, allocate resources efficiently, and set achievable deadlines across several projects
- Create comprehensive project plans and track progress
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and teams to provide timely updates
- Lead and manage teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce adherence to all safety protocols
- Generate regular progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders
About you
You will be a meticulous and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. You will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams, make strategic decisions, and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success. You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulatory requirements, and project management processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Office Suite are desirable
