23 Digitaria Drive is home to 511 state-of-the-art storage units, designed to cater to various needs and requirements. Spanning across 166 square metres, the office space provides the perfect hub for streamlined operations. Our commitment to quality extends to every detail, from the polished concrete floor in the office area to the 93m3 concrete in-ground OSD tank, making this facility truly exceptional.
The facility is equipped with cutting-edge security systems, access control, and CCTV, ensuring the safety of your belongings. In addition, we included four 1500kg goods and passenger lifts for effortless access to all levels. The design of 67 tonnes of steel, 1,466m2 of class 2 precast panels, and fire walls exemplify our unwavering dedication to building for the future.
