In light of an unprecedented year of growth, Supawood engaged Akura to provide an end-to-end design and construction service for the development of their new premises. Spanning over 3,000sqm, the new twin building development is double the size of their previous facilities and will support the growth of the company, allow them to continue to provide exceptional customer service and deliver to the market new product innovations.
Supawood were concerned about deadline, needed to maximise the building size on the block and ensure the design allowed for the provision of subdivision in the future. As previous clients of Akura, the Supawood team knew from experience we would deliver. We worked collaboratively with the Supawood team; overseeing each aspect of the project journey.
Completed in June 2016, the project scope including the development of two separate warehouses, office space, mezzanine floors, landscaping, awnings and car parking.
