Situated in Bathurst’s premier Business Trade Centre; the Watt Drive warehouse development is a classic example of our ability to offer customised lock-up packages as part of our U-Select™ offering.

Akura was engaged to deliver and install over 9 tonnes of structural steel, along with roofing, doors and precast panels which feature decorative false-joints, for the construction of a 983.81sqm warehouse facility.

The warehouse is the first of a two-stage project, with the second building currently underway.
