The team at RDP Group engaged Akura to deliver a turnkey solution for the development of their new office-warehouse facility; located in Emu Plains, NSW.
Our client wanted to maximise the use of land, and ensure the best possible return on investment. We designed a dual-warehouse facility, with a footprint of 2,900sqm. The mirror design allows for RDP Group to occupy the northern side of the building and sublet the southern side. This approach allows our client a number of options dependent on his business needs.
