EAVE HEIGHT The standard shed 7.5m high, a 9m high option is also available.
ACCESIBILITY 8m wide bay spacing (distance between columns) for efficient storage and accessibility.
INCREASED STORAGE CAPACITY The Agribuild® Mega-shed is built heavy-duty UB rafters rather than the standard webbed truss. This allows for extra storage height as well as been a tougher option.

Large footing bolts and baseplate connections will ensure strong ground connection.

How to obtain a building permit
Obtaining a building permit for a Agribuild® Mega-shed can be achieved through a Complying Development fast-track approvals process under the Inland Code.
This usually takes around 20 days or less and usually cost between $500 -$1000 depending on your local council.
We’ll provide you with the Architectural and structural drawings, Engineers certificate and a list of actions and processes to obtain a permit.
