INDUSTRIAL SHED PRICES
Industrial shed prices will vary dependent on the scope of the project and the method of construction. However, as a general rule:
- $ 1,800 – $2,500/sqm for a complete design and construct – inclusive of internal fit-out, landscaping, car spaces etc.
- For a lock-up the rate is anywhere from $750-$1050/sqm.
Our Project Consultants can generate a quote based on the specifics of your project. All Akura quotes are transparent and contain no hidden costs. Our focus is on delivering an excellent customer experience every time – and thus our business is largely built from referrals and return customers.
